Biography
Peyton Healy is a family law attorney dedicated to families and working to bring your case to resolution. As a former parent's defense attorney, Peyton is experienced in reuniting families through the dependency process. Peyton is ready to address your family law issues, whatever they may be.
Philosophy and Background
Peyton has developed a unique and diverse legal background. As a former prosecutor, Peyton is well acquainted with difficult legal issues, fast-paced litigation, and trial practice. More recently, Peyton found her passion working with families while aiding clients in navigating through the Child Protective Services process. As a Family Law attorney Peyton brings these experiences and her commitment to helping other to her current practice. Peyton holds her B.A. from Arizona State University in Political Science with a minor in Criminal Justice, and her J.D. from Seattle University School of law.
Role in the Seattle Community
Peyton remains active in legal and political organizations that advocate for equal access to voting rights for all, including Lawyer's Committee for Civil Rights Under Law and Four Directions Native Vote. In her spare moments, Peyton enjoys rock climbing, riding horses, and traveling. When she is at home, she can be found gardening alongside her three dogs, two rabbits, and her cats.
