Biography
Most people do not seek out disputes or choose to cause conflict. So, finding yourself embroiled in contentious litigation is stressful, costly, and emotionally exhausting, and even more so when the well-being of children is at stake. Yet sometimes, litigation simply cannot be avoided. For over three decades Joe has worked closely with his clients to diligently and successfully handle their cases both inside and outside of the courtroom.
Joe began a diverse civil practice after graduating cum laude from Seattle University School of Law in 1992. As owner of the Hunt Law Offices, Joe has devoted his career to advocating for his clients in a wide variety of family law and other civil matters, including divorce, child support, parenting plans, modifications, protection orders, wills and estates, contracts, corporate representation, and personal injury. Joe works closely with his clients, drawing upon this breadth of experience to reach optimal outcomes in their most difficult circumstances. He takes a common sense, realistic and personal approach to conflict resolution, supporting his clients’ needs to reach finality, with their economic interests protected and their dignity intact.
